Navigating the impact of new Buy America requirements

Held note that the Federal Highway Administration has finalized a rule to enforce the Build America, Buy America Act, affecting federally funded transportation projects. Although a regulatory freeze may lead to changes, the Trump administration has indicated it might further tighten these requirements.
According to Construction Dive, “While these changes intend to prioritize domestic manufacturing, there may be implications for project cost, schedule and compliance.”
