As Federal Policy Shifts the EV Market is On Edge
While the EV market has significantly grown over the past decade, federal policy reversing financial incentives for investments leave the market uncertain. The pauses and cancellation of incentives leave motor companies unsure of their investment in EV technology and stock, consumers weary about purchasing and transportation developers at a standstill for expansion to the charging network.
David Zoia, an automotive analyst, gave his insight, “When these incentives come off at the end of September,” said Zoia, “we’ll start to see what is the true demand for electric vehicles in this country.”
